** Delivery companies have the right to return the customer's order in the following cases **




  • If the customer is not present at the delivery site.
  • The customer does not want to receive the shipment or has changed the time of receiving the shipment
  • When the customer is contacted by the delivery company and there is no response.
  • The customer will have to bear the costs of shipping, delivery and return, and they will be deducted from the value of the order after returning the order to the store to return it to the customer.







First: Shipping and Delivery Policy:




  • The customer’s location must be specified on the map, and the address must include clear and complete information such as the building number, villa or apartment number, in addition to the street name, city, and zip code. the shop .
  • The store works to implement orders and deliver them quickly within a period of 5 to 10 working days from the date of the request for local shipments in all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The store apologizes for the shipment and delivery of any order, in the event of any event outside the control of the store, and the store management will continue to inform the customer and return the amount of the order to the customer as soon as possible and according to the available circumstances.
  • The store will deliver orders to the shipping company on normal working days, which are from Sunday to Thursday, except for weekends and official holidays.
  • Any error or deficiency in the order information such as the mobile number, or the shipping address may lead to a delay in the order and will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We apologize for the delivery and shipping of products to addresses that are incomplete or different from the ones registered or registered under a pseudonym or not real in the purchase order, and we will notify the customer of that, otherwise his order will be canceled.
  • If it is not possible to reach the customer or if the receipt of his requests is refused for any reason other than there is an error in the requests that were sent, the store management will return the request, and only the shipping value will be collected or deducted from the amount previously paid by the customer on the online store.
  •  The customer signs the receipt of orders, or informs the store through the store's official means of communication, and this is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that he has received the shipment in good condition.
  • The store apologizes for shipping any liquid materials with any shipping company that does not support this - as some shipping and delivery companies prevent the shipment and delivery of liquid materials in order to avoid the occurrence of liquid leakage so as not to damage other products or shipments.
  • The store has the right to cancel the order that contradicts the policy of the shipping and delivery companies, with an explanation of the reasons for the cancellation to the customer.





Second: Return Policy:




  • The customer is allowed to request the return of the products received within only two days from the date of their receipt.
  • The returned merchandise must be in the same condition that the customer received, provided that it remains in the original packaging unopened, unused, and includes any labels, accessories, or cards attached with the product.
  • It is allowed to replace products that have a manufacturing defect according to the nature of the product and the method of replacement is by communicating with support via the WhatsApp number with full details of the defect in the product.
  • The customer bears the cost of shipping or delivery in the event of a return, unless the error is caused by the management of the online store.
  • It is not allowed to replace or return the medical wearable or single-use product or open its package in order to preserve public health.
  • The customer submits a return request by entering his personal account and communicating with us on the online store or communicating with us through the official communication channels of Damad store during the period specified in item (1), and choosing the list of requests, then choosing the request to be fully returned or selecting some products To return it, with the need to choose the reason for the return, and for assistance, you can contact us on the customer service number of Damad Store during working days from Sunday to Thursday.
  • The request is received, reviewed and communicated with the customer to find out the reasons for the return, then respond to the customer by accepting or rejecting the request within 3 working days.
  • The decision to reject the return request is final and irreversible, and the store does not have any obligations whatsoever.
  • If the decision is to approve the return request, the store management will coordinate with the shipping or delivery company to receive the returned products from the customer to return them to the store.
  • In the case of electronic payment via electronic payment cards, the amount will be returned to the same card used after receiving the product; And the refund period for the same card may differ from one customer to another according to the refund policy according to the banks that the customer deals with for a period of up to 30 working days.
  • In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the purchase order and the payment method is through one of the electronic payment cards, the customer shall bear the fees to return the purchase amount according to the type of card used in the payment process.
  • In some exceptional cases, the amount will be transferred if the amount cannot be returned to the bank or credit card, and the customer will be contacted to request providing us with the bank account number inside Saudi Arabia (IBAN) to add the refunded amount to it, indicating the IBAN number, the name of the account holder and the name of the customer’s bank .
